Cloned Governing Regulations
DUI programs are governed by State regulations, Title 9, which define the standards set by the Health and Safety Code.
DUI programs must also adhere to the Federal confidentiality laws, California Counselor Certification and each county may have additional standards the programs must follow.
DUI programs are monitored for compliance to regulations by the State Department of Health Care Services every other year and by the County bi-annually.
