Barbara Aday-Garcia, CEO

AG Management’s founder and President, Barbara Aday-Garcia, has over 30 years of experience implementing processes to create company success. Areas of expertise include administration and management of SUD treatment services, personnel, budgeting, counselor supervision, and program regulations. She has been involved in Driving Under the Influence Offender Treatment since 1987 as an Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor, Supervisor, and for over 19 years as the Manager of the one of the largest DUI programs in the State of California. Ms. Aday-Garcia is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor and Clinical Supervisor through CADTP and the Breining Institute and a CADC-II with CCAPP.

Ms. Aday-Garcia received her initial Alcohol and Drug Counselor education at the University of California San Diego and continued her education in Business Management and Administration through the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. AG Management Consulting, LLC is an approved SUD Counselor Continuing Education Provider (CEU) for CADTP and CCAPP.

Janice Forbes, Business Consultant/Website & Graphic Design

Janice Forbes pulls from her extensive experience as a corporate executive and then entrepreneur to deliver programs that positively impact operations, customer service and company culture. She is an advocate of standardization and continuous improvement as proven paths to measurable bottom-line results.

Ms. Forbes has honed her technical skills as a website designer/developer and graphic designer for the past six years. She also does graphic design work including brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, billboards, and more.

 

Michealine Flower, Trainer

Michealine Flower has over 30 years of varied experience in the  field of alcohol and drug abuse counseling services.

For over 20 years Michealine worked in healthcare as a Nursing Staff Coordinator, Manager of Nursing Services and as an Emergency Medical Technician. Michealine shifted focus to working in the substance use disorder field in 1989, gaining certification as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor. Micheline specializes in community collaboration, staff supervision and training.

Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor through CADTP.

 

Jen Strother, Trainer

Jennifer Strother has been involved in providing Substance Use counseling for almost 2 decades, 16 in a supervisory/managerial position. Jennifer worked in numerous modalities such as detox for youth, women with children transitioning from prison, behavior modification programs and at one of the largest DUI Programs in the State of California as a Manager whose responsibilities includes all office financials, budgets, client activity, counselor scheduling, staff management, quality assurance, and daily oversight of the facility.

As an Army Veteran, former Squad Leader and current semi-pro football player, Jennifer possesses the leadership skills needed to lead and motivate a team in the execution of the company mission and goals in an efficient and coordinated manner. Throughout the years Jennifer has continued to increase her skill set through advanced education, acceptance of special projects and roles, and is extremely passionate about training and creating CEU’s for the field. In addition, she has years of experience providing specific Out of State DUI drug and alcohol assessments as well as assessments for family court, employment licensure and various required assessments. Jennifer prides herself on her skill to motivate not only clients, but SUD staff  in the field of addiction services.
